PDR.cat2020

DELIVERING INNOVATION AWARDS 2014 FOOD TECHNOLOGY

On December 15 in Barcelona Go Fruselva attended as a finalist for the PEMI (PITA) in the section AGROINDUSTRIA awarded by the Agriculture, Food and Environmental Generalitat of Catalonia Department, for the implementation of the process solutions that enable the mixture of solids and thus provide more varieties of products with solid components.

Fruselva activates its social policy

Fruselva, a company always committed to the well-being of its workers, is activating its social policy with 12 actions to promote the work-life balance.

Among these benefits, there are some related to schedule flexibility, help for the training in different areas, collaboration with ONG’s, etc. Also, it promotes the involvement of workers to help improve their work surroundings and cultural activities and workers with children are provided with some extra incentives.

Excellent results on the BRC

This July, took place the IFS and BRC foodstuff safety audits in Fruselva which were passed with optimal results.

The BRC is a certified which assures the safety of products during the manufacturing process and/ or manipulation, and it guarantees the maximum quality. Also, it’s a requirement for exporting to Britain.

In the IFS the result obtained was on the range of highest punctuation, on the upper level.

In the BRC we got an A qualification too, scoring in the upper level that can be grant. This norm was developed in 1988 for covering the needs of the industry and it assures a management system of quality well-documented and control over the environmental norms of the factory, the process and staff. In a really short time, it has become a reference for good practices in the food industry.

FRUSELVA OPENS FRU+LAB, A NEW LABORATORY R+D

Go Fruselva has inaugurated a Laboratory destined to the department of R+D, with the aim to seek research and development.

This new laboratory has been exclusively created to the activities of new products development, which allows offer alternatives on healthy and natural food, with the highest certified quality.

With this improvement, Fruselva offers an integral service to its clients that cover all the stages of the design and creation of the new products: from the formulation and obtaining of the recipe, until production and packaging stages.

The new R+D room is equipped with the units and technology required, as well as a workforce that allow distinguish and assure the highest quality standards. Fruselva is consolidating as co-manufacturing leader on the purées and juices market, and continues its expansion in new areas and products.

GO Fruselva exhibits at "World of Private Label"

Go Fruselva will attend to the “World of Private Label” Professional and annual Trade Show, on May 20th and 21th in Amsterdam. The event meets retailers and manufacturers to help them find new products, make contacts and discover new ideas to grow up.

The Trade Show will be held at the RAI Exhibition Centre in Amsterdam, and will present nearly 4.000 exhibitor stands separated in food and non-food halls.

Fruselva will exhibit its offer of fruit drinks and purees in Pouch format at stand 4436.

GO Fruselva attends to MMD EXPO, in Paris

Go Fruselva will attend the MDD Expo that will be held in Paris (France) on April 8 and 9th, 2014.

MDD EXPO is an European Exhibition with international focusing, which acts as a professional link between manufacturers and distributors of the food and beverage industry.

Go Fruselva will assist to the 13th edition to present itself as an innovative company, highlighting and promoting its products, over 5.500 visitors and experts. The company will be located in Stand K78.

Go Fruselva will attend the Worldfood Warsaw International Food Exhibition, which will be held between 09-11 April 2014 in Warsaw, Poland.

The Worldfood Warsaw is constituted as the biggest food and beverages trade in Poland, where specialists in the industry will meet in order to show their products and services, identify and evaluate areas for future growth.

Go Fruselva participates at Alimentaria 2014

Go Fruselva will attend the Alimentaria exhibition that will be held in Barcelona (Spain) from the 31st of March until the 3rd of April, 2014.

The Exhibition is an international business centre for all the professionals of food and beverage industry. More than 140.000 nationals and internationals experts will attend the trade in order to meet with new suppliers and find out exclusive products.

GO Fruselva at IPLS fair

GO FRUSELVA will attend to the International Private Label Show (IPLS) that will be held on March 26-27, 2014 in Moscow (Russia).

IPLS is a fair specialized in private label exhibition of different sectors at international level.

GO FRUSELVA will be present at the exhibition in order to strengthen its identity and present its services as a CO-MANUFACTURING private label company for glass and pouch format. The company will be located in STAND E44.

 

BIOFACH 2014

GO FRUSELVA will be attending the annual world’s fair dedicated to organic food, BioFach, which will take place in Nüremberg (Germany) from the 12th until the 15th of February, celebrating the 25th anniversary.

BioFach is the World's leading Trade Fair for Organic Food, which reflects the whole variety of the global market for organic food and natural cosmetics every year.

It is an opportunity to get to know new markets, trends and the prospects for the organic sector.

In the past edition of 2013, BioFach hosted 2.207 companies from 1216 different countries and received more than 41.700 visitors.

This year, the fair will count one year more, with the presence of GO FRUSELVA, which will make know its service and commitment as a CO-MANUFACTURING company for biological products and baby-food.

 The company will be located in Hall 5 STAND 227Q.

KOSHER CERTIFICATE

GO FRUSELVA SL has obtained the Kosher Certificate, through the Israeli Community of Barcelona.

This certificate allows the company to export its food productions to Israel, since it complies with the quality's regulations and specifications required for the Jewish law, being pure and suitable for this community.

The Kosher's Certificate will allow positioning Go Fruselva in a competitive way.

New Quality Management, Environment and CSR System

                                 

The Management Team of GO FRUSELVA has established a Quality Management, Environment and Social Responsibility System through the fulfilment of the ISO and other quality and food safety standards.

According to this new system, the Management team intends to achieve a continuous and permanent improvement dynamic, following the evolving market and legislation. Among these improvements, one can find relevant aspects such as accomplish and offer high levels of quality and service, ensure our customers’ needs, protect their health and guarantee an optimum product. Internally, this system drives the labour risk prevention and the conciliation of professional and family life.

GO Fruselva obtains the ECO-CERT Brazil certification

                              

GO FRUSELVA has obtained the certificate of conformity ECOCERT (certificate in accordance to Brazilian Law 10.831/03) for organic farming products destined to the Brazilian market.

This certificate allows the company to export its organic productions to Brazil customers, and this way, promote its market extension.

 

GO FRUSELVA participates at the fair Anuga

                                  

GO FRUSELVA will attend at the food and beverage fair Anuga in Köln (Germany), which takes place between 5 and 9 October. It’s the most important in Europe, and means an opportunity to learn about new trends and publics of the sector.

In the past edition of 2011, Anuga hosted 6596 companies from 100 different countries, and received more than 155,000 visitors. This year the fair will count with GO FRUSELVA presence again, which will show to professionals and companies his progress in the production and packaging of fruit juices and purees. The company will be located in Hall 11.1 STAND C048g. 

GO FRUSELVA travels to the Private Labels fair PLME-Dubai

                                                     

GO FRUSELVA participates from 1th to 3th October at the annual fair about Pribate Labels PLME-Dubai (Private Label Middle East-Dubai), basically focused at Middle East, Africa and Asia markets.

PLME-Dubai attracts every year thousands of professionals and Private Label companies, a fast-growing sector. At the fair, there will be products related to food market, such as GO FRUSELVA, which will show to the attendees the wide range of products and services of juices and purees in pouch format.

This year is the tenth edition of the fair and the first in which GO FRUSELVA participates. The company will be located at Stand A14 of the fairgrounds.               

Fruselva committed to renewable energy

Go Fruselva recently installed a charging point for electric cars in the parking of the facilities located in La Selva del Camp (Spain). It is an innovative charging system designed to facilitate vehicle charging electric-powered and designed for areas with multiple users.

The facility is available to all employees free of charge and will also be used by vehicles of the company fleet.

The intention of the company with this action, continue investing in clean and sustainable energy, and strengthen its commitment as environmentally responsible company.

GO Fruselva presents the new products with Jelly

The company Go Fruselva, co-leader in the manufacturing of baby food products in pouch format, recently introduced its new range of products with jelly.

This new range offers a variety of possibilities, being able to combine different types of fruits. Examples include jelly with citrus fruit, jelly with berries or jelly tropical fruits.
This new range is presented in the perfect packaging, the pouch. The pouch is a packaging comfortable, fun and hygienic, ideal for the little ones to enjoy taking a fruit-based food and for adults to take a healthy snack anytime.

GO Fruselva in PLMA Amsterdam

Manufacturers and retailer from around the world will meet next 27th and 28th of May in PLMA's annual "World of Private Label" International Trade where more than 3,800 exhibit stands have confirmed. The Show will take place at the RAI Exhibition Centre in Amsterdam.

Go Fruselva will take up the stand 4432, showing to both national and international manufacturers and retailers of private labels their products and services as a co-manufacturer factory of baby food and juices and their added value regarding to innovative new products and packaging

GO Fruselva increases its production capacity by 33% and consolidated as a reference co-manufacturer specialist organic baby food industry.

Go Fruselva has recently increased its production capacity by 33% by installing during the month of April the third production line of pouch format. With this new investment, the company has increased its activities according to the growth it is experiencing, and will expand the range of products currently offered, establishing itself as a company specializing in the organic and baby food sectors.

Currently, GO Fruselva has a line of glass and three lines of pouch format, and provides a full service which includes the development, testing and certification of products, packaging design service, marketing service, filling service and logistics service, with full flexibility according to the needs of each client. The company has the most important certifications in the areas of quality, food safety and social responsibility and is immersed in different research groups nationally and internationally as well as in over 50 internal projects to ensure excellence in R & D + i.

GO Fruselva in TuttoFood Milan

GO Fruselva will attend to TuttoFood exhibition from 19th to 22nd of May in Milano. The company will be on stand E15 in Hall13.

As an innovative and pioneer company in baby food, specialized in pouch format, Go Fruselva will show to the visitors, all of them from food industry, their products and services reflex of its experience and growing. The next 14th to 17th of April, GO Fruselva will participate to Alimentaria & Horexpo in Lisboa and will be in the stand A265 of the Hall 2. The event is an international Food, Hospitality and Technology for the food and Drinks Industry Exhibition. Go Fruselva will released its latest innovations products in baby food and also the services it offered such as product development, filling, packaging design, storage, picking, among others.

On this occasion, Go Fruselva also will participate in a Innoval – Novos productos, an activity organized by the Alimentaria&Horexpo Lisboa 2013 where the most innovative products are presented in terms of both product and packaging.

GO Fruselva will participate at MDD Expo in Paris

Next April 9-10, at the Porte de Versailles, Pavilion 3, in Paris, will be celebrated the MDD Expo 2013, the annual meeting of all private label distribution sectors, and the industry benchmark event in France.

During last year edition, over 700 exhibitors, 6 complementary sectors, and 25 countries were represented, and 7100 professional visitors came to the event, 16% more than the year before.

After successful results achieved with last year participation, Go Fruselva will be an exhibitor, stand number K79, in this edition of MDD Paris 2013, where the company will present its products and services and new developments in the global food co-manufacturer industry to both French and International market.

Go Fruselva will attend to IFE 2013, “The internacional food & drinks event” that will take place in the Excel London Convention Centre from 17th to 20th of March. IFE 2013 is a biannual event and one of the most respected food and drink trade event. GO Fruselva participates at GULFOOD 2013

GO FRUSELVA attended as an exhibitor to the fair GULFOOD celebrated in the Dubai World Trade Centre from 23rd to 27th of February 2013. GULFOOD is characterized by a wide variety of products in the food industry, from ingredients and raw materials to processed products and finished products.

During this 5 days, 50.000 brands across every sector of the show were on display from more than the 4.200 exhibitors along the 113,398m2 in exhibition space.

The increasing market demand for food and drink that is been experimented in the region is matched by the further international expansion of Fruselva, and the company could be introduce to all partners and potential new customers.

After the good experience in the last edition in 2012, GO FRUSELVA repeated its presence at BIOFACH congress, the world organic trade fair held from 13th to 16th February in Nuremberg, Germany.

Fruselva promoted its whole range of services and its knowledge as Co-manufacturer of organic food products, showing to its stakeholders the successful competitive position of the company in the worldwide organic market.

At its XXIV edition, BIOFACH has hosted 2,396 exhibitors from 129 countries in a 44.587m2 exhibition area and has been visited for more than 41,794 professional buyers.
