This July, took place the IFS and BRC foodstuff safety audits in Fruselva which were passed with optimal results.
The BRC is a certified which assures the safety of products during the manufacturing process and/ or manipulation, and it guarantees the maximum quality. Also, it’s a requirement for exporting to Britain.
In the IFS the result obtained was on the range of highest punctuation, on the upper level.
In the BRC we got an A qualification too, scoring in the upper level that can be grant. This norm was developed in 1988 for covering the needs of the industry and it assures a management system of quality well-documented and control over the environmental norms of the factory, the process and staff. In a really short time, it has become a reference for good practices in the food industry.
