At Global Fruselva, we have always believed that companies have an essential role to play in creating opportunities for the most vulnerable groups. For this reason, we have joined the Joves Futur+ project, promoted by the FC Barcelona Foundation and AECOC, in collaboration with the La Caixa Foundation, which aims to facilitate the professional integration of young graduates in the consumer goods sector.
This project is aimed at young people over the age of 18, who are no longer under the tutelage of the Public Administration and face great difficulties in accessing the labor market. With Joves Futur+, we seek to offer them employment and training opportunities, promoting their emancipation and guaranteeing them a more autonomous and dignified future.
The participation of AECOC is essential, as it acts as a bridge between young people and the companies in the sector. This commitment on the part of companies allows young people not only to find employment, but also a space where they can develop their skills and demonstrate their potential.
The success of the project is clear: in the first edition, it reached 100% occupancy among participants, and more than 80% in the second, figures that reflect the positive impact of this initiative.
